Most of us dreamed to have a house that is sophisticated. However, some of us were wanting to have a house that is simple on the outside but when you enter the house it was a beautiful and sophisticated home. An old woman was who lived in Toronto, was selling her house which she lived in 72 years. And it could be yours for a total of $699,000.

And what's more from this "time capsule" house which is found in Bloom West Village Area, the house was not distant from the city's CBD. This small home has managed to stay largely as is was, despite as the town around this home grew. However, the owner of this domicile was moved around 1942, when the time of the war and the aftermath. This was a two-storey house which is the three-bedroom was built of brick and stone. There is also a fireplace highlighted in the house, that is necessary when winter comes.

However, the owner of this house was a former seamstress, although she never dabbled professionally about being an interior designer, she has still imagined herself as an interior decorator and do the decoration of her house that is not a disappoint too many because she decorates and design the house perfectly and sophisticated. The owner was moving into a retirement community.

As she stated in the interview in HGTV Canada, she said:
"I've always tried to be individual, and follow my own style."
She added that
"I like soft colors and I like things to match and flow well together." " I prefer tone-on-tone to bright colors."
Floral patterns, gold furnishings, baroque prints, and metallic wallpaper abounded in the house.
