Because of this inappropriate videos caught done by Juancho Trivino, the AlDub nation members were enraged. Based on the video, it was shown that the camera was focused on the big poster of Alden Richards for one brand of watch. We can hear from the background the voice of one girl laughing and speaking, "Nandito si Alden."
After focusing on the poster of Alden Richards, the camera was then focused on Juancho Trivino sitting in the store of the branded watch allegedly endorsed by Alden Richards. Upon focusing of the camera to Juancho Trivino, he flashes his both hands with a dirty finger sign. The actor was smiling at that time when he flashes the dirty finger sign. This video makes Alden's fans to get angry with Juancho Trivino but also of Maine Mendoza's fans. Because of this, he was flooded with hate messages on his Instagram account and immediately off the comment feature of his social media account.
Juancho Trivino immediately posted a message on his social media account. He apologized to Alden and his family including to his fans and to the family that was involved on this issue. But the Kapuso celebrity clarified that it was only a bad joke not intended for Alden Richards.

"I sincerely apologize for my actions in the video that has been circulating recently. It was a bad joke not intended for Alden. Humihingi ako ng pasensya kay Alden for drawing him into this, and sa kanyang pamilya na nagkaroon ng ganitong issue. I also would like to say sorry to the people supporting me, to my fans who were disappointed with my actions, to my family who does not have anything to do with this incident. There is no excuse for what I did, and again, I sincerely apologize. Having said all of these, you can expect a better Juancho and I will be more mindful of these things."
