Sleeping can be a big problem right now of the people because nowadays the weather is so hot and summertime is here. People tend to use an air conditioner in their bedrooms, however, because air conditioners were expensive, some people can't afford to buy it.

1. A pillow in the fridge
In the few hours before going to bed, you must place your pillow in the refrigerator [it is suggested to put them in a plastic bag], then when you were going to sleep take your pillow from the refrigerator back to your bed.
Why not make the whole pillow cold, if one cold side of the pillow works?
2. Ice cubes in front of the ventilator
Put some ice cubes in front of the fan because they will make the room ice cold before you go to sleep.
3. Wet socks
During hot nights, wet socks will help to refresh you. Place your socks [make it sure to put them in a plastic bag] in the freezer for several minutes and then wear the wet socks while you were in your sleep.
4. Remove all sources of heat from the room
You should remove them from your bedroom prior to sleeping, due to the fact that all electronic devices give off additional heat.
5. Cold bathtub
You should dip your feet in a cold bathtub before going to bed, in order for you to improve your circulation and relax your body. This way will help you easily fall asleep and also you will have a good night sleep.
6. A wet towel on the window
On your opened window, all you have to do is to put a wet towel there. This way is marvelous and as this will work like an air conditioner.
