During the inspection of a National Housing Authority (NHA) housing project in Sitio Hongkong, Barangay Rio Hondo, Zamboanga City, the Negros Occidental 3rd District Rep. Alfredo Benitez, City 1st District Rep. Celso Lobregat, and other officials fell into the water when a wooden footbridge collapsed. Some people were injured as stated by a person in the background of a video clip. Luckily, it looks like there are no severe casualties from the accident.

Many of the netizens who saw the video were far from what others expecting them to say because instead of comforting the group of Rep.
