Isang nakapagtapos na babae sa isang kilalang Unibersidad, na hindi makuha ang kanyang pinangarap na trabaho ito ang ginawa niya di niya aakalain na ito magiging malas sa Buhay niya

After 12 years since this girl graduates from high school and went to France to continue her study there. When she first arrived in France, she already noticed that all public transport tickets are only available on a self-service machine and no machines are used for it to verify it. Also, the inspections of tickets were rarely. Sometimes there are people who will inspection it but it was also rare. When she estimated the probability that she will be caught if she doesn't have the ticket on the vehicle, she then finds out that there have small chances that she will be caught. She also thinks that she can save money because she will not be going to pay her fare because of the small probabilities that she will be caught. The woman then said to herself,

“Estudyante pa lamang ako kaya naman kung makakaipon ako ng pera sa hindi pagbili ng mga ticket, bakit hindi?”

The girl was graduated from college after 4 years. She also got the highest grade and awards on the school that she attended which is the prestigious university in France. And because of the great result of her studies and her highest grades, her self-esteem and confidence became so high. And also because of her good records and resume, she believed that there were many companies will offer her a work.

She then started sending her application and resume and many various companies for her to get her dream job. But after the few days, weeks and months, still there's no company got her even though she is one of the ideal applicants because of her good resume and the awards that she got back when she was still studying.

The girl thinks that these companies might have a discrimination against her after many companies rejected her. She then faced and talked the manager of one of the companies she applied because of the rejection that happened to her application. She asked the manager on why they don't approve on her application. But she was surprised on the answer of the manager to her:

“Binibini, wala kaming diskriminasyon laban sa iyo. Kung tutuusin, napahanga kami sa iyong taglay na kakayahan at talino at interesado kame na makatrabaho ka. Nakita namin ang iyong mga grado at napahanga kami dito. Ikaw talaga ang hinahanap namin sa kumpanya.”

The girl then added her question and said,

“Kung ganoon naman, bakit hindi niyo ako bigyan ng pagkakataon na makapagtrabaho sa inyong kompanya?” 

The manager then aswered her again,

"Dahil nagsagawa kami ng background check sayo at nalaman namin na tatlong beses kang nabigo na magpakita ng ticket sa mga pambulikong sasakyan na sinasakyan mo araw-araw." 

She also said that those reasons were just superficial for her not to accept on the company. The woman stated,

“Hindi ko maipagkakaila ang mga sinabi mo tungkol dito ngunit masyadong mababaw na rason ito para hindi niyo ako tanggapin sa trabahong inaapplyan ko." “Mababaw? Hindi ito isang mababaw na dahilan para hindi ka namin tanggapin dito. Nalaman din kasi namin na noong mga unang araw mo palang dito sa lugar na ito ay nahuli ka na din na hindi nagbayad ng iyong pamasahe sa pambulikong sasakyan." "Binalewala namin ito dahil inisip namin na hindi ka pa pamilyar sa sistema ng pagbayad sa mga transportasyong pampubliko dito sa aming lugar. Ngunit nalaman namin na inulit ulit mo ang hindi magandang gawain na ito." 

the manager said. However, the girl answered him,

 “Wala lang akong pera noong mga oras na iyon.” “Hindi, binibini. Hindi namin tinatanggap ang mga ganyang paliwanag at rason. Sigurado akong hindi ka pa nagbabayad ng tickets simula noong dumating ka dito sa lugar namin.” 

The woman was not content with the manager's reply so she said that this is not enough reason for her not to get accepted into the company. She even asked if there are any possibilities that she can do in order for her to have a job in the company.

The manager then told her,

“Ikinalulungkot ko, ngunit wala na. Nagpakita ito ng dalawang bagay na hindi namin ikinatutuwa. Una, hindi mo nirerespeto ang mga batas at alituntunin. Nakita mong may kamalian sa sistema ngunit sinuway mo pa rin ang batas. Pangalawa, ipinakita mo sa amin na hindi ka pwedeng mapagkatiwalaan. Karamihan sa mga trabaho dito sa aming kumpanya ay nangangailangan ng mataas na pag-unawa para protektahan ang mga karapatan ng kumpanya at pati na rin ang pribisiya nito. Ano na lamang ang mangyayari sa mga ito kung ipagkakaloob namin sa taong tulad mo ang mga pribilehiyong ito kung makita mo na pwede itong maabuso para sa iyong kapakanan?” 

The manager also said to her sincerely,

“Dahil dito, hindi namin matatanggap ang iyong aplikasyon. Kung tutuusin, walang matinong kumpanya ang kukuha sa iyo. Kahit pati ang buong Europe, kung ako lang ang makapagsasabi.” 

Because of this, the woman thinks thoroughly the bad things that she does. The manager added,

“Kayang suportahan ng moralidad ang kakulangan sa pag-iisip ngunit, kahit kailan, hindi kayang panindigan ng karunungan ang kakulangan sa moral na prinsipyo.”

This principle was important which makes people should acquire for themselves more than wealth or power. There will be no people will trust you if you lack on this.
