According to the psychology professor at the University of California, Riverside, Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky that per week for a span of six weeks, students were designated to do five random deeds of kindness.
The students' stage of happiness had grown by 41.66 percent at the end of the research. It is said that happiness is the deep results of being kind.
A Facebook user named Aifah Mc Al took social media to share what he encountered while she was riding on a jeep. She witnessed how this passenger helps the family who is in need of the jeepney.
The certain netizen tells that the family on the jeep caught her attention while she was on a jeep. She also said that she already noticed a woman carrying a luggage while her son was beside her looks so sick and weak. However, the anonymous man offers his hand and ask the woman for help.

"Salute ako dito kay kuya na nakasakay ko sa 01k kanina papuntang colon. Habang nasa biyahe kami, may ina na nagkakandong ng kanyang anak na babae, around 8-10 years old. May mga bagahe din siya. Kasama niya ang kanyang asawa at kanya pang isang anak na lalake. Nanghihina ang batang babae. (Hindi ko na nakunan ng picture ang batang babae kasi nasa likuran dila ng driver at ako naman, nasa entrance ng jeep.) Then may isang pasahero ang nagtanong sa ina about sa kalagayan ng bata.
May diarrhea pala ang bata. Binigyan ni kuya ng pera ang ina ng bata para daw diretso na sila sa ospital para iconfine kasi hinang-hina na ang bata. Binigyan niya din pala ng pangTaxi kasi traffic nun at mainit pa. Napaiyak talaga ang ina sa sobrang saya. May napansin din ako na may tinawagan agad si kuya, based on their convo, parang tauhan sa ospital yung kausap niya kasi sabi niya, "may paparating na pasyente diyan. NakaTaxi sila. Pakiabangan na lang at pakialagaan. Natuwa ako kasi may mga tao pa palang katuald ni kuya. God bless to you and your family sir."
