The tragedy that has happened to the family of David Lee Niles was still puzzled, and they were also not accepting the loss of David Lee Niles. Because it disappears like a bubble, that's why it caused a great suffering for the family. On October 11, 2016, David, a 76-years-old man was lost the night after he met his friend. According to the family of David, he goes to the “Jake’s Bar”, which is a local pub house in Byron Center, Michigan. He immediately hurried off the pub house after meeting on his friend. They also said that David had a serious illness caused by cancer so they thought it was the reason he hurried away. Since then, they have not seen the family of David yet.
A thorough search was made to resolve David's case of disappearance. But, after 5 years of continuously searching to resolve the case, David's family no longer finds him and eventually, they lost hope to see him again.
They also reveal David's name in the obituary and said:
As of now, 9 years since David was lost, but a man named Brian Houseman noticed a vehicle under the lake. While his arranging Christmas Tree outside Cook Funeral Home at the Byron Center he saw the vehicle. The satellite on Google also sees the lake's shore that many are surprised.
Brian told to WOOD-TV what he saw and that is the car under the lake about a mile from where he was standing. However, it is hard to notice because the lake is somewhat dark and can not be seen at an equal angle of sight.
The police immediately go to the area and talked to Brian who witnessed what he sees. The car sail into the lake which is almost ragged because of its longtime of sinking into the lake. Police also saw inside the car a body and identified it as missing David Lee Niles. David's family were still happy to see their family again even though it is a saddened situation of their family at that time.
They do not know why God has been waiting for them for almost 9 years but they still rejoice because David has returned to them. However, it is still a mystery how the vehicle reached the bottom of the lake, the authorities told that it was possible to have a foul play on the incident.
